We did it !
It wasn’t easy and there were many bumps and tears along the way. Naturally COS has launched not one but two Australian Firsts. We have launched our Organic Lash and Brow Serum and our Hair Repair Masque. What makes our products so special is our packaging, production and our development.

OK, yep we hear you, that’s a lot of information to process. So lets break it down.

The Serum : Rebecca had been working with an artificial lash tech (fake lashes) a while ago. Rebecca learned a lot about fake lashes and more so how they can really effect the health and growth of your real and beautiful “born with” lashes. So fast forward a couple of years and after many failed attempts we now have an organic serum that is proven (yes we have the evidence) that it works. Our patented serum contains loads of hair growth loving vitamins and minerals. Pro Vitamin B12, Passionfruit and Neem. We tested it on lots of women and the results are in. Between 1-2mm growth in less than 4 weeks with daily use. Our Brand Ambassador Marie also told us she uses it on her brows for the extra fluffy look. Thinking outside the box, and we love it.

Custom Bottle :
We don’t think it makes sense to rave about an Organic Product and pop it in plastic. Plastic is made of carcinogens and very damaging to the environment. So Rebecca designed and then had a protype created. And that’s what you see now. A thick and sturdy glass bottled with a bamboo mascara wand and a metal screw top.

The Box :

Rebecca detests wastes and is incredibly sentimental. So packaging in a standard box just wasn’t suitable. But then after researching and calling ALOT of suppliers and being told NO it can’t be done, she reached a small family business in Vic. The owner was incredible – still is. And said you know what, why not try. We gave him the details and like a magical unicorn it happened. We now have a fully biodegradable box made from 100% paper and waste materials that when you pop in the garden, the seeds will grow flowers.

The Masque : Rebecca visits a local farmer each week. One day they were discussing the waste that can occur when a customer sees a banana that looks less desirable than expected. The same occurs with cacao beans. Rebecca had asked the farmer if the quality or nutrient value is effected. In this moment, Rebecca had an idea, why not purchase the aged bananas and cacao and dehydrate them to put into skin or hair care. And so she did.

By purchasing the bananas and cacao, Rebecca was single headedly reducing waste, greenhouse gases and utilising the powerhouse nutrients that exist, but wait for it….also supporting and providing an additional income to the farmer.
